Implementation Steps for RiskEnvision 4.0 - RV 4.0

Envision can complete a project analysis to provide existing clients with a detailed project plan, implementation timeline, and estimate of the cost for the implementation of RV 4.0.

Customers on current TSSA’s can upgrade to RV 4.0 as follows:

• Execute a work order for Envision to conduct a business analysis for the implementation, in the amount specified in the recent "Make The Connection" Customer Communication. The analysis may include the following tasks:
  1. Analysis of your database structure
  2. Data conversion requirements
  3. Hardware requirements
  4. Custom interface requirements
  5. Custom functionality requirements
  6. Report analysis- custom reports
  7. Review of Crystal report requirements
  8. Crystal Reports training requirements
  9. Walk through of the application
  10. Customizing screen set ups
  11. What IT support will be needed (on the client s’ side)
  12. RV IQ rules development
  13. RV IQ training requirements
  14. Review of Business Solution Requirements
  15. Project Plan
• Amend the current software license agreement to include RiskEnvision 4.0.
• Execute a work order for RiskEnvision 4.0 installation.
• Upgrade with no additional license fee expires 12-31-07.
